In order to assure the confidentiality of information, it is recommended that the information on the Annual Packaging Declaration be submitted electronically.

ELECTRONIC/INTERNET SUBMISSION

• Ordinary declaration with sofware ECOSOFT:  

• Use the username, password and coordinates card given to the person authorized as the signer of the declaration. 

• The physical submission of the documentation, signed summary sheet, or the CD-rom or disk with zip file is not necessary.  

• Simplified declaration online: 

• Enter the username and password given to the person authorized as the signer of the declaration.

• The use of coordinates card is not necessary for submission of this declaration.

• The physical submission of documentation is not necessary.

PAPER SUBMISSION 

• Ordinary declaration with sofware ECOSOFT:  

• Send the summary sheet with the original signature and CD/disk containing the zip file of the generated declaration (with the corresponding label).

• Simplified declaration forms: 

• Send the corresponding form with the original signature.
