The organization, Pro-Europe, is composed of those entities responsible for the Green Dot in Europe.

During the Pro-Europe Councils, those in charge of the Green Dot for each country exchange information in order to improve the system and coordinate actions before the institutions.

The organization Pro-Europe is currently composed of the companies which manage the SIG in thirty four countries.
