General criteria applicable to the cost of the Green Dot
Each component that may comprise packaging (cap, handle, bottle, label, box, etc.) must be paid for separately, depending on the corresponding material type..
For example, a plastic bottle with an aluminum cap has three separate components: the bottle, payable at the rate for plastic; the cap, payable at the rate for aluminum; and the label, payable at the rate for paper/cardboard.
The Green Dot cost of this product will be the sum of the costs of the bottle, cap and label.
As for compound packaging or packaging components (caps, valves, handles, etc.), meaning those consisting of two or more materials that are separate at the point of origin that are difficult for the final consumer to separate, the fee for the majority component applied.
