LIGHT WEIGHT PACKAGING SORTING PLANTS CONTROL 3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECOVERED MATERIALS (TSRM) FOR FILM PLASTIC PACKAGING WASTE IN LIGHT WEIGHT PACKAGING SORTING PLANTS. Table 3 Requested material Flexible film packaging (bags and packaging film, including stretchable film and shrinkable film) from selective collection ≥82.00% (including labels that are part of the packaging after compaction). Non-targeted materials Improper materials <18.00% with maximum limits for the various fractions as follows: •PET <1.00% •Silicone rubbers, polystyrene foams and polyurethane <0.05% •Metals <1.50% •Paper/cardboard, beverage cartons <2.50% •Other impurities <9.00% •Moisture <5.00% Delivery conditions In bales of length: 1.00≤ L ≤1.50 m with density ≥250.00 kg/m3 Bale strapping: steel The bale integrity must be preserved throughout the loading, transport, unloading and storage processes. Delivery: full truck (minimum 15.00 tonnes) Percentage by weight values. “Rubber, silicones, polystyrene foams and polyurethane” relates to packaging made from rubber, silicones, polystyrene foams and polyurethane or packaging which has previously contained these substances. The percentages for both the total limit of non-targeted materials and the partial limits for each fraction refer to wet material, except for the moisture fraction limit which relates to dry material. Other impurities does not include PET, rubber, silicones, polystyrene foams and polyurethane, metals, cardboard and beverage cartons. Similarly, other impurities that impregnate the package are not included. FILM PLASTIC
