MIXED PLASTIC 40-41 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECOVERED MATERIALS (TSRM) FOR MIXED PLASTIC PACKAGING WASTE IN LIGHT WEIGHT PACKAGING SORTING PLANTS. Table 3 Requested material Plastic containers obtained from selective collection, not claimed in other fractions ≥80.00% (including attached labels and caps that are still part of the package after compaction). This fraction therefore includes: •HDPE packages not included in the corresponding fraction according to the HDPE TSRM •PET packages not included in the corresponding fraction according to the PET TSRM •Film packaging not included in the corresponding fraction according to the TSRM for film •Remaining plastic packaging without specific fraction (PVC, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc.) This percentage includes moisture. Non-targeted materials Non-targeted materials <20.00% with maximum limits for the various fractions as follows: •plastic containers that must be included in the corresponding fractions (PET, HDPE and Film) <10.00% •other non-packaging plastic material <10.00% •metals, paper/cardboard, beverage cartons and other impurities <4.00% Delivery conditions In bales of length: 1.00≤ L ≤1.50 m with density ≥210.00 kg/m3 Bale strapping: steel The bale integrity must be preserved throughout the loading, transport, unloading and storage processes. Delivery: full truck (minimum 10.00 tonnes) Percentage by weight values The percentages for both the total limit of non-targeted materials and partial limits for each fraction are given with respect to wet material. Other non-packaging plastic materials includes injected HDPE boxes Other impurities does not include plastic packages that must be included in the corresponding fractions (PET, HDPE and Film) or other non-packaging plastic material.
